Saturday night Kristi and I had tickets to see the Broadway Musical "WICKED"!! I had previously Googled Mac N Cheese Portland and came up with (by 2 accounts) the BEST Mac N Cheese in Portland. It was at a restaurant named Echo on N.E. MLK. The two accounts were correct, it was fantastic!! (And it has given me a new direction as to my initial thought of a Portland Mac N Cheese Blog.) The play was extremely funny and very entertaining. A wonderfully fun evening spent with my favorite Little Wicked Girl indulging in some wonderfully wicked Mac N Cheese. Sometimes wicked is a very good thing.
YUM! kristi is taking me to the delicious mac and cheese place soon... and i'm going to W on the 28th and i'm SO EXCITED!!!!
